Sage is a white bodied, disabled individual, dedicated to unraveling white supremacy, ableism, and systems of oppression in their own soma and guiding others in their journeys. Sage is a queer, trans individual and appreciates being referred to with they/them pronouns. Sage has Ashkenazi Jewish and European Celtic heritage and practices their ancestral mysticisms. Sage was born on and continues to live on and tend to the lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Clackamas, Cowlitz, and bands of Chinook peoples.
Sage is committed to offering their skills to aid in the collective healing, learning, un-learning, and rebirthing process of our times, and holds deeply the truth that individual healing is inseparable from and interwoven with collective healing.

My approach to caregiving is rooted in values of anti-racism, decolonization, queerness intersectional justice and liberation, and integrity. My work is non-interpretive, non-carceral, collaborative, and person centered. I believe that healing and wellness are innate abilities in everyone, and trust that you know yourself best. I am her
My approach to caregiving is rooted in values of anti-racism, decolonization, queerness intersectional justice and liberation, and integrity. My work is non-interpretive, non-carceral, collaborative, and person centered. I believe that healing and wellness are innate abilities in everyone, and trust that you know yourself best. I am here to offer loving witness, facilitation, to combine my knowledge and wisdom with your own and to be a humble channel of the divine. Please note, I am not a licensed therapist.
In my practice, I weave many threads of background together to create a caregiving support that is radical and unique, one considered unconventional in our dominant society, yet is an intrinsic way to be human. These threads include and are not limited to: A lifetime and 10 years of professionally providing familial and communal direct support care for all walks of life from infants to hospice, a lifetime devoted to spiritual study, 5 years of studying Psychology academically, years of activism practice, Radical Mental Health First Aid training, certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and certification in Somatic EMDR Therapy through Embody Lab.
Learning with and from BIPOC teachers, queer teachers, disabled teachers, community, the land, and Spirit are foundational in my offerings.
